Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

Compilation of Weekly Status Reports and Analysis and POB (Pen Order Booking) Tracking on monthly basis Compilation of Fortnightly Reports of sales staff and updation in Fortnightly Report Tracker. Follow up and Collation of Monthly Performance Target vs. Achievement Report . Making of Call Summarization Report in order to track the customer calls made and sending these to the management. Tracking and follow-ups for TIP (Technical Interaction Program me) and CME (Continuous Medical Education) and maintaining of relevant details . Customer Profile Analysis for all customers and Area Coverage compilation of field staff .
Maintaining of proper coordination with Sales Personnel and providing them backend support with closure of administrative issues of sales s
Monthly Sales Force Expenses Verification, Calculation and maintaining of details for the same.
Follow ups of Customer Visits and Payments Status. Coordination with Accounts Deptt. on all monetary matters pertaining to Sales Personnel.
b) Administrative Responsibilities
Preparation of SOPs (Standard operating procedures) as per the ISO, maintaining Documents as per the procedures and updating as the processes are changed. Making of MRM (Management Review Meeting ) data for Sales- Admin Deptt and Attending of MRM Meeting. Customer Retention Analysis as per the ISO Guidelines. Preparation of official letters and authorization letters. Follow up with field force regarding Gift distribution , Conference and Review Meeting and compilation of data for the same Making of Sales data and Sales Targets for region and circulating to field Personnel. Sales staff Attendance compilation and circulation Maintenance of Filing system of Sales -Admin Deptt and Updation of same on regular basis.
C) Training Responsibilities
To provide Administrative and basic IT training to field personnel and making of Performance Assessment Report of the same
