Attendance award was won this week by: Top Dog Hilda 97.9% The Cup Columba 98.2% School Target is 95.5% School weekly total96.4% School total 94.7% WELL DONE !!
Patrick Olivier Mastyna for working very hard in phonics. Hilda Karol Antczak for understanding and explaining to others' the grapheme 'i' becomes a 'y' at the end of a word. Well done. Aidan Jude O'Keeffe for excellent effort in his handwriting. Brigid George Smith for a good list of people who show courage and self giving Bede Wiktoria Pasiak taking part in a play in class and speaking English clearly. Benjamin Gibbins being a great partner to Wiktoria, encouraging her and helping her to take part in a play. Columba Brogan Daddy fantastic effort across the curriculum and in his attitude towards others.

Always Children Weronika Podgorska, Krish Limbachia, Heather Hanman, John Carr, Lauren Smith, Brogan Daddy. Reminder Can parents please ensure that all school clothing is clearly labelled with the childs name, labels do fade with washing.Thankyou
Mrs Joan Clark has worked at St Francis Xavier RC Primary School for over 10 years and has enjoyed her time at the school with her many pupils.

Although she is sad to leave her pupils, she feels that the time is now ripe to move on and embrace new challenges in support of her future professional and personal development. She would wish her colleagues at the school all the best for a successful future. Easter Play On Tuesday 26th March at 2.00 pm, the whole school will be taking part in an Easter Play, held at St Peters Church. We are asking for volunteers to help walk the children to Church, if you are available to help please inform the office. Lenten Fundraising 2013 Friday 8th March.dress up as a book character Cafod Friday 15th Marchwear something red.. Comic Relief Friday 22nd Marchsponsored maths activity..Good Shepherd Lenten/Holy week assemblies - wk beginning 25th March

The safety and well-being of our children is important and some concerns have been raised about dogs. Can we please remind everyone that dogs are not allowed on the school grounds and all dogs must be kept on a leash when they are around the school premises. Please also ensure that all dog mess is picked up and safely disposed of. Thank You.

1st Confessions 6pm -7pm April 10th March 6th March 13th March 20 th Then 1st Confessions on march 25th at 6pm

Holy Communion 6pm-7pm

April 17th April 24th May1st May 8th May 15th Then 1st Holy Communion will be on Sunday 19th at 9am Mass

Sainsburys Sainsburys will be coming into our school on Wednesday 13th March, at playtime, to sell items for Red Nose Day. All items will be priced from 1 - 3.00
