The site is not properly prepared for installation of telecom equipment. Several issues were identified: 1. There is insufficient space for both the transmission rack and BTS equipment. 2. The floor is not properly levelled and lacks appropriate antistatic material and grounding. 3. The door is not sealed and locked properly. An indoor ladder required for access is also not installed correctly. 4. Various critical grounding components like EGB, IGB, and EMP bars are either not installed, not properly installed, or not connected to the earth pit as required. Lighting and power sources are also missing or faulty.
