Asian Manu Facture

When there is done a total weight of raw material according to their Proportion then it is automatically loaded in boil mill

by conveyer System. This material is charged for 1-16 hours then it is strong in A well of blunger. This company manufacturing process Is based on technical because they translate raw material into Consumer goods. Raw Material Department (Slip House): In this department there are Sub department like Clay, Sio2, etc. They are using according to their Proportion and loaded by machine and are weighted automatically Spray Drier: It converts into a clay from the liquid from of Raw material. The liquid is sprayed about 80-90 feet by the Italian Pump. In this spray drayer it is converted into powder from then it Goes for the further process.

Press Shop: In this machine the powder from of raw material goes in The machine and it converts into green tiles. This machine is having a Capacity of 2000 tone that means it can take 400 kg/cm 2 with a kvt. This firm is having 2 imported fresh machines.

Glaze line :

Biscuits so obtainers are placed one the Glaze Line for glazing and decoration. We apply the Glaze on Bisc with Italian technology and import the High quality luster and glaze feet for everlasting shine.

Roller Kiln: The Roller kiln Machine is used to make the strong Tiles. In the Roller Kiln the fire gives the tiles by the brunger.So the tiles is made automatically strong and if any tiles have Fault, the tiles is crack in the roller kiln. So most of all th Tiles are come out of kiln without any fault. According to above the fire give by the burner in the Roller kiln. The Roller kiln of Asian granite tiles have 552 burner and All the burner joined with two pipe .By the one pipe they give Oxygen and by the other pipe they give gas and there ratio is 3:1.it means when they give gas 60 mm by burner with 20 mm Oxygen. In the Roller kiln machine they keep the high temperature approx 1100c to 1500c. In the Roller kiln have also blower. The blower supplies the air for burning. There have five type of blower. One blower Is the different from another blower. All the blowers name and

Polishing: Polishing is most important function for the make tiles because after polishing the tiles is appear Wonderful .

Polishing is also indirectly part of Marketing

because after the polishing the tiles attract their customer. In the Asian granite tiles the polishing strategy is best. : Gradation (Shorting): In Asian granite tiles after the whole Manufacturing process the worker check tiles and if any foult such as crack, Printing mistake in tiles, The tiles are out by the worker. So, after the shorting does not have any fault in tiles. : Ware house: In Asian granite tiles after the whole Production process they will Pack tiles in box The tiles are already made so it is goes in wear houses.
