March 2003 - West Coast Pediatrics - Bradenton, Florida March 2009 Office and Billing Manager for Dr. Constance Charles-Logan My responsibilities for this pediatric office included all aspects and duties of the Office Manager combined with the duties of coding and billing claims utilizing CPT and ICD-9 codes. This included entry of charges and posting insurance payments, accounts receivable and collections, preparation of month end and year end reports for the CPA, credentialing, negotiating insurance contracts as well as conducting staff meetings and yearly reviews of all staff.
