OJT PORTFOLIO IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY What I have observed at PUP QC , the Faculty and Professors are doing their job greatfully with smile and they are treating each other as a family and they are friendly people . The strength and challenges of this company is that they helping and guiding each other to do the job well . I think the best practice of this company is the preparing for enrollment and making the registration cards, filing the documents, making evaluations and arranging the documents alphabetically. My over-all observation in PUP QC they had a good relationship as family to each one of them. V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly) What we do daily are the following: Filing Documents. Answering Telephone calls. Prepares Correspondence What we do weekly are the following: Checking the Credentials and Assisting Enrollees Distributing X-ray results. What we do monthly are the following: Releasing Registration Cards. During my whole training in PUP Quezon City I think the problem/s that I have encountered is the influx of many enrollees
and accompanying parents so disappointed Repair numbering seat because even the parents should sit is for incoming first year students.
