Satva, Rajas and Tamas. Ru stands for Rupavarjitam meaning without any
form. That which is beyond form and attributes is none other than the
Supreme Parabrahman who is the real Sadguru whom we represent by the
symbol Omkaara.

Hari Commonly used to denote Vishnu or Krishna. Occasionally used to indicate

who destroys evil.
