32.TheHighCourtshallmakerulesastothefollowingmatters: (i)thefeeschargeableforservingandexecutingprocessesissuedbysuch Courtinitsappellatejurisdiction,andbytheotherCivilandRevenueCourt establishedwithinthelocallimitsofsuchjurisdiction; (ii)thefeeschargeableforservingandexecutingprocessesissuedbythe CriminalCourt,establishedwithinsuchlimitsinthecaseofoffencesother thanoffencesforwhichpoliceofficersmayarrestwithoutawarrant;and (iii) theremunerationofthepeonsandallotherpersonsemployedby leaveofaCourtintheserviceofexecutionofprocess. TheHighCourtmayfromtimetotimealterandaddtotherulesso made.
