CORDILLERA REGIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL FUN RUN REGULATIONS:
1. The Fun Run is a 3 Kilometer run for a cause. Participants may run, walk or rest upon their discretion. 2. The Fun Run will be on May 11, 2013 (Saturday) and will start at La Trinidad Municipal Office and finish at DepEd Regional Office Gymnasium. Assembly time will be at 5:00 A.M. Starting time will promptly be at 5:30 A.M. 3. Registration Fee for each runner will be as follows: Regular: Php 100.00 Student: Php 50.00 The registration fee shall cover the ff: a. Bandana b. Race Bib c. Certificate of Participation d. Morning snacks 4. Only those officially registered participants are allowed to join the fun run. Proxy is not permitted. 5. There shall be a raffle draw after the finish line at the DepEd Covered Court. 6. Participants below 18 years old must have their parent/ guardian sign the Parental Consent portion on the waiver in order to participate. 7. Participants are encouraged to wear their own uniform/ costume or run shirt. 8. Race Bib must be visible at all times and to be pinned in front of their uniform/ costume or run shirt. 9. There will be one (1) lace/ ribbon stations along the route. The lace/ ribbon must be presented upon reaching the finish line. 10. Awards await the Top 3 finishers for each Race Category. A Certificate of Participation will be given to all the finishers. 11. Race organizers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse registration of runners whom they deem is not in accordance with the Race Rules and Regulations. 12. The organizers reserve the right to alter or change any of the above said rules and regulations they may deem necessary to ensure the success of the event. The organizers decision is final. 13. The water station and medics shall available at the following areas: a. Strawberry Farm entrance b. Petron Gasoline station c. Cordillera Regional Science High School gate

I UNDERSTAND that participating in this fun run is potentially risky activity and can result in serious injury or death. I am aware of and I expressly assume all inherent risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and objects, the effects of weather, including high heat and humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the road. IN CONSIDERATION of accepting this entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release from any and all claims for injuries and damages I may have against the Event Organizers, the Sponsors, their Agents and Representatives caused by my participation in this event, including pre and post-run activities. I ATTEST that I am physically and medically able to participate in the School Fun Run. I CONSENT to receive medical treatment which may be advisable in the event of illness or injuries suffered by me during this event, and I agree to pay for the costs of my medical treatment when necessary. I GIVE PERMISSION for the free use of my name, voice, or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion or other account of this event. I AGREE that submission of this application constitutes agreement of all the terms of this waiver and the race rules. I have read and understood the rules and everything written above.
