1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Patrick Henry P Garcia, Executive Director, SALIKA Foundation Inc. dated November 19, 2013. 2. The Salika Foundation Inc. together with The Philippine Councilors League-Bulacan Chapter, National Youth Commission and SEAYP International Philippines will conduct the Takbo Lakan 9.1 (L.I.D.E.R.S.) BIKE RUN) Leaders in Integrity, Determined, Empowered, Responsible and Self-effacing which is an offshoot of the regular Takbulakan events on December 8, 2013 as part of 40thShip for South East Asian Youth Program of National Youth Commission. Many cycling sports enthusiasts are expected to join the fun-biking event which will start from Bulacan Sports Complex, Malolos City, Bulacan and will pass the municipalities of Plaridel, Guiguinto, Balagtas, Bocaue, Marilao, City of Meycauayan up to different cities in Metro Manila until it reached its final destination at SM Mall of Asia, City of Pasay. Attached is the route map for your reference. 3. In this regard, following are your tasks: a. COP Malolos CPS provide area security at the starting point (Bulacan Sports Complex) to standby at the venue NLT 5:00 AM on the said date; provide traffic control and management to declog the traffic situation; and perform other tasks as may be directed.

b. COP Guiguinto MPS provide area security at the 1st Pit Stop (Waltermart Guiguinto) to standby at the venue NLT 5:00 AM on the said date; provide traffic control and management to declog the traffic situation; and perform other tasks as may be directed.

c. COP Marilao MPS d. provide area security at the 2nd Pit Stop (SM Marilao) to standby at the venue NLT 5:00 AM on the said date; provide traffic control and management to declog the traffic situation; and perform other tasks as may be directed. COPs Plaridel, Balagtas, Bocaue, Meycauayan C/MPS provide route/road security while the bikers are passing your AORs; provide traffic control and management to declog the traffic situation; and perform other tasks as may be directed.
