I. I N S TA L L W I N 2 0 0 0 A d v. S E R V E R : -
1. Load Display Drivers
2. Microsoft Loop Back Adapter
Start - Settings - Control Panel – Add/Remove Hardware –
NEXT --NEXT
Add a New Device - NEXT
No, I want select the Hardware from a list – NEXT
Select Network Adapters – NEXT
Select Microsoft (Left panel) – NEXT --- NEXT--- FINISH.
3. I.P. Address:- Assigning
My Network Places – Properties – Local Area Connection – Properties –
TCP/IP - Properties
Enter the value 192 . 168 . 100 . 1
Press the Tab and then ENTER.
Click on OK.
4. Configuring the HOSTS file:-
Start – Search – For Files & Folders – Hosts – ENTER.
Open the Hosts File with NOTE PAD, and add I.P. Address-
Tab – Hosts Name ( biw)
At the Last line then Save the file.
5. Virtual Memory:-
My Computer – Properties – Advanced – Performance options – Change.
C: Initial Size 1500
Max. Size 1700 - Set.
D: Initial Size 1600
Max. Value 1800 - Set - OK - OK.
Copy all the R3 Cds in to one Folder in the “ D” Partition.
Install j2sdk1.4.2
Set up j2sdk1.4.2
Next – Next – YES – Next – Next – Next – Finish.
Set Path to JAVA
My Computers – Properties – Advanced – Environment Variables –
Variable Name – JAVA _HOME
Variable Value – C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2
System Variables:- Path – Edit – Put the Cursor at the end enter Semicolon
and C:\Program Files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\bin.
Then OK – OK.
INSTALL ORACLE :-
ORACLE –NT- I386 – SETUP
NEXT – NEXT – NEXT – NEXT.
Global Data base Name – MYORA
- NEXT – Install.
After successful Installation OK – Exit.
ORACLE PATCHES:-
Stop all ORACLE Services before loading ORACLE PATCHES.
Start – programmes – Administrative Tools – Services – ORACLE – Stop.
Total 4 services.
LOAD ORACLE PATCHES:-
ORACLE PATCHES – NT – i386 – PATCHES
8.1.7.4.1 – Set up
Exit.
SAP – R3:-
KERNAL\ NT\ I386\ NT PATCH->R3DLLINS
Doubl Click on R3DLLINS Icon. - Click OK.
KERNEL\ SAPInst\NT-> SETUP
Click I Agree.
O Standard Click Next.
O Reboot now Click Ok.
System will be rebooted
Now automatically start the setup screen.
Select First line SAP R/3 Enterpriese 4.70 For Oracle
Click NEXT. Click -I Agree – NEXT
SAP System ID SR3
Click NEXT – NEXT – NEXT
Select ‘No LDAP’ option. Click NEXT
Change Drive for SAP System D:
Click NEXT.
Password - sr3
Confirm - sr3. Click NEXT.
Again Pass Word – sr3
Confirm- sr3. Click NEXT.
. click NEXT.
- After 5 mins successfully completed msg.click OK.all screen will be gone
automatically.
II. Installing Database Installation:-
Start – Programs - SAPINST ORACLE KERNEL prepare New Installation.
Again Start-Programs – SAPINS ORACLE KERNEL –
SAPINST SERVER with GUI.
Select First line SAP R/3 Enterpriese 4.70 For Oracle
Click NEXT. I Agree. NEXT.
Sap system ID – SR3
Select Option button ‘ Database Installation.
Clcik NEXT – NEXT – NEXT
- NEXT – NEXT – NEXT
Change the Drive to D:
Change the Drive to D:
Click NEXT – NEXT
Pass Word - sr3
Confirm - sr3
Click NEXT- NEXT.- NEXT- NEXT
Now select the path
Export R/3 Enterpriese 4.70 1/7 . in select the path of the
text box click it will show the drive list box.where u store
the s/w there in db1 folder have the export1 select that
folder and click ok.next
Click next.
Now select the remaining export paths in db2 folder have
the export2 and db3 having the export3 to export7 select
these exports on respective fields. And click ok. Click Start.
Select the No MNLS option.and click Next.
Now the process will start.
It will take 15hrs.
After 15hrs one error msg will be come just click retry.after
5mins the successfully completed msg will be come.click
ok. Then leave the all screens automatically
Now we install the SAP GUI.
III. Sap GUI Installation:-
Using the path.first where u store the SAPGUI620.
From in that folder GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32-> Setup.exe
Double click the Setup.
Click next, next
Click select all on above the next button.then click next, install. 3-5mins click finish.
It will create SAP logon & SAP logon PAD Icons on Desktop.
Open SAP logon
Click NEW Button
Description- sap sr3 server
System Name - SR3
System Number - ‘00’
Then OK.
Then press Logon Button.
In the first SAP Screen
Client - 000
User Name - DDIC
Password - 19920706
ENTER.
T.CODE - su01
USERNAME :sapuser
Press F8 key
Give the details in address tab like last and first name.
Click the logon tab
Enter the initial password just give 123
123
and click the profile tab
there type sap_all
sap_new
press ctrl+s for save purpose.
Now login to sapuser
Give the password 123
Press enter
There it ask the change password u can give the new what ever u
want that is a final password next time u can logon using this
password for the sapuser.
Same procedure for 800 client also
Just login to client 800
And give the usernaem is ddic
Password 19920706
Create the user name using su01 transaction code the same
procedure for 000 client.
Procedure for maintain the profile
Login 000client
Transaction code is rz10
Select utilizes menu click importfile -> for active server
Come back using F3 key and press F4 key there select the instance
profile and press enter.
And select the extended mainteancec and click change
Press F5 button
Give the profile name for login/system_client
And profile value is 800
In right side of the screen copy button,click twice.and press
F3.and click yes.and press CTRL+S.click yes and press
enter. Enter.
Once restart ur sap server. now the client 800 will be coming
on default.
Now login to sapuser
Password is ur new password.
