GolTV THE ONLY TICKET TO A HISTORIC MATCHUP

BETWEEN ARGENTINA & BRAZIL

GolTV to broadcast the match and faceoff that everyone wanted to see in Germany 2006.

Miami August 28, 2006 Once again, GolTV will bring its fans face to face with what is
sure to be an unforgettable and historic moment in soccer. This time, the “Grand Finale”
that everyone wanted to see during Germany 2006 but never materialized is about to
play out this September and GOLTV has the exclusive U.S. rights to broadcast this match
up between two of the world’s reigning soccer giants.

The encounter between Argentina and Brazil will take place at the 60,000capacity
Arsenal's new Emirates Stadium in London on Sunday, September 3rd and air live on
GolTV at 11 am ET.

This mustnotmiss faceoff will allow fans to see one of the oldest soccer rivalries in action
and makeup for some of the disappointment of both teams’ elimination in the
quarterfinals of the World Cup 2006.

Argentina’s and Brazil’s performance will also tell us some about both teams’ newly
appointed coaches. This will be Alfio Basile’s first appearance as the new head coach
for the white and blue team. The match will be the second game for Brazil’s coach
Dunga after he took over for Carlos Alberto Parreira.

“We are pleased to be able to bring this incredible game between two World Cup title
winning nations to our viewers. This September 3rd, I am sure that we will all be on the
edge of our seats as we watch soccer luminaries Roberto Abbondanzieri, Javier
Mascherano, Juan Román Riquelme, Carlos Tevez, Sergio Agüero, Lionel Messi, Cicinho,
Julio Baptista, Kaká, Ronaldinho, Robinho and Fred battle it out. It is definitely not going
to be dull,” said Enzo Francescoli, Founder and CEO of GolTV.

Last month was Argentina’s and Brazil’s chance to win another World Cup (Brazil has
won 5 and Argentina 2. Only 5 other nations hold that honor) but this time, Italy pocketed
the title and it will take other 4 years to see if Brazil or Argentina will rackup another win.
For now the two will meet on friendly terms to entertain and delight their fans and
perhaps make a friendly statement as to who truly is the best…..

Coverage: Sunday, September 3rd 11 am ET.
