Recipe for paleo bread: 3 cup coconut our, 3 cup almond meal, 5 cups coconut milk, 4 eggs blended

Grate dried coconut (khopra) and dehydrate in an oven or by drying in the sun. Then blend in a food processor until you get our like consistency. Almond meal recipe : put almonds in food processor and grind. Dont bother blanching almonds. Paleo bread is a good substitute if you miss the breads with your meal. You can eat it with paneer makhanwala !or any other vegetable made at home. Instead of eating your sabzi plain, make some nice hot paleo bread as an!accompaniment. Makes 24 cookies From Life, Gluten Free: Cauliflower Rice no: grains, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower

1 onion, diced 2 tablespoons coconut oil sea salt Preparation: Chop the cauliflower coursely, and process it in the food processor with the "S" Blade. Be sure to only process it enough for the texture to resemble rice, don't over process. In a large stainless steel pan over medium heat, saute the onion with coconut oil or olive oil. Add the cauliflower once the onion is cooked. Cover and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until soft. Add sea salt to taste and serve! How to use Cauliflower Rice: 1. Make a stir fry 2.
