DEADLINE FOR MEMBERSHIP PACKETS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16!
PICK ONE UP IN ROOM 411 OR DOWNLOAD IT FROM THE WEBSITE. SUBMIT YOUR FINISHED
PACKET IN ROOM 411 OR DROP IT OFF IN MS. RACANELLI/MS. RUBINO’S MAILBOX.

Sunday, October 11: “Tools 4 Schools” School Supply Drive for Fall Rally
Bring in any unused school supplies to be donated to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. All
items must
be given in a bag with your name written on it. (If you do not write your name, we cannot credit
you for these
hours!)
Bring your donations with you when you come to Fall Rally, or drop them off in room 411.

accordingly.

Wednesday, October 14: Bake Sale


Bring in baked goods and you will earn hours accordingly. Drop off items in room 411 LABELED with
your name. If you
do not put your name on it, we will not be able to credit you for this event!

Saturday, October 17: Canshake at the Foodtown of Lake Hiawatha


Help collect money for Children’s Specialized Hospital! There is a five-person limit to all
canshakes; First come, first
serve, so e-mail the chairpersons of this event ASAP.

TWO Time shifts: 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM | 1:00 PM-3:00 PM

Sunday, October 18: Hunger Walk


Join people from all over Morris County in a walk-a-thon to raise money for the Community Soup
Kitchen of Morristown!
Pick up a sponsorship form at the bulletin board or on the website and be sure to bring it with you
when you come to
this event. Make any checks payable to: Community Soup Kitchen.

Time/Location: 1:00 PM-3:00 PM at the Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown (on the side of the
Church of the
Redeemer) 36 South Street, Morristown

Tuesday, October 20 THROUGH Thursday, October 22: UNICEF Boxes


Officers will be selling UNICEF boxes in the rotunda during both halves of lunch. Sign out a box and
collect money while
trick-or-treating! All the money will go towards children and mothers in developing countries who
need emergency food
and healthcare. Every $5 earned will result in 1 service hour.

Wednesday, October 21: Bake Sale

Thursday, October 22: Class of 2010 Fundraiser: Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?
Key Clubbers needed to help sell tickets at the entrance and usher guests to their seats in the
auditorium. Volunteers
must wear ALL black.

Friday, October 23: Montville Women’s Club Fish’n’Chips Dinner


Come help serve fish’n’chips and prepare food orders for guests! All volunteers must wear ALL
