Jonah

Jonah was a prophet during the reign of Jeroboam II who was instructed by God to go to Nineveh and warn the city of impending judgment. However, Jonah disobeyed and boarded a ship heading in the opposite direction. A huge storm arose and the sailors discovered Jonah was the cause, throwing him overboard where he was swallowed by a great fish. After repenting, Jonah was given a second chance to go to Nineveh where the people believed his warning and repented. Despite this, Jonah was still displeased that Nineveh was spared destruction.
