3- Translate the following into Arabic:


Anxiety and fear are normal human emotions and are often
found as reactions to stress. Stress is a difficult word to define,
because it includes both the things that make you anxious, such
as working too hard or becoming ill, and your reactions to them.
Normal anxiety becomes abnormal when the symptoms are so
intense that they stop us from coping well with day-to-day
activities because they are so painful and distressing.
