WHEREAS3 the Barangay has been faced with a number of traffic and traffic related
problems. Aside from the emergence of many business establishments in the barangay thus
making the barangay a business district, educational institutions such as Xaier !chool,
"mmaculate #onception Academy, the $hilippine #heng %uang &igh !chool, and the influ' of
tutorial centers hae also affected the traffic situation in the community.
WHEREAS3 the continuous deelopment of high rise building in the barangay which do
not proide ample parking spaces for their residents and(or customers has aggraated the traffic
problem in the community.
WHEREAS3 the )unicipal #ouncil passed and approed )unicipal *rdinance +,,
!eries of -../ otherwise known as the !an 0uan Traffic $arking and )anagement #ode. !ection
1// of the said *rdinance states that the )ayor is gien full power and authority to issue
2'ecutie *rders and rules and regulations especially in regulating the use and en3oyment of city
streets.
WHEREAS3 the Barangay #ouncil proposes the following streets for approal of the
