F1 Cushioning System
The AirSaver F1 Air Cushioning System is
designed to generate Air Pillows on-demand
for void fill and bracing applications to secure
shipment during transit. Its compact footprint and
easy operations will allow you to streamline your
shipping operations and reduce costs.
The AirSaver F1 features user friendly controls, minimal
maintenance and high reliability. The F1 was designed to
work right out of the box with minimal setup. No external air
supply is needed and the system setup and operations can
be performed directly by you with minimal training required.
AirSaver F1 Machine
AirSaver Air Pillows are made from a Low Density
Polyethylene (LDPE) to provide the optimal balance of
durability, puncture resistance and cost. Unlike traditional
packaging materials like peanuts, paper or foam, the
Air Pillow materials are stored flat on a roll until they are
inflated and ready to use, which significantly reduces

The AirSaver Air Pillow Collection
Basket is designed to hold 10.5
cubic feet of Air Pillows. Each
basket is designed with a built in
sensor that attaches directly to
the F1 Machine. When running
the machine, the sensor will
automatically detect when the
basket is full and stop. Once the
sensor detects that the basket is
low on Air Pillows, the F1 Machine
will start up again and fill up the
basket to capacity.
