Do you want to have fun, limber up and get toned? This water aerobics class is the one for
you! Learn water-related exercises with a fun variety of musical accompaniment. You’ll
stretch to improve flexibility and work out to strengthen your cardiovascular system.
Ability to swim is not required. Pool is between 78-80 degrees, and working out keeps
us warmer! Join us for a fun, but serious workout, *one ($26) or two ($39) nights a week.
