STEP 1
1. Part 1 consist of 4-predrilled holes. Screw in two
dowel fasteners into hole (a) and hole (c) using a phillip
screwdriver as advised and screw in the dowel fasteners
in a clockwise direction until it is firmly tight.
STEP 2
2. Grab Part 2 and position it as shown in the diagram
with the wide base facing frontward and one of the side
of the part 2 that consist of pre-drilled holes facing part 1
. Fit in two wooden dowels upward or inward into the
pre-drilled holes at the bottom side of the plank part two
opposite to the remaining pre-drilled holes of part 1.
Attach part 2 to part 1 as shown in the diagram.
STEP 3
3. Screw in 2 cam lock joinings in Part 1 to Part 2 by slot
ting the cam lock and the head of the dowel fastener toge
ther and tightening the screw to have a reasonably secure
join. An added note, use a phillip screw driver and screw
the cam lock in a clockwise direction.
STEP 4
4. Put out part 3 and part 4 and lay it in a position facing
upwards and aside of part 1 and part 2. Screw in 4 dowel
fasteners to part 3 into the respective pre-drilled holes as
shown in the diagram using a phillip screwdriver. Repeat
the same steps for part 4 of the visdalen.
STEP 5
5. Attach rails to Part 3 and Part 4 as shown in the diagram.
Position the rail and screw in a round head wood screw in the
pre -existing hole as shown. Remove the half part of the rail and
screw in another two round head wood screw in the respective
pre-existing hole. The position of which hole is to be screwed is
to be referred in the diagram.
STEP 6
6. Fit in the 6 wooden dowels into the pre-drilled holes at
the base as shown in the diagram. Allign the basewood
between part 3 and part 4.
STEP 7
7. Attach all parts together and secure them using 8 cam
lock fasteners as shown in the diagram. Use phillip screw
driver to tighten the cam lock fasteners.
STEP 8
8. Now for the roof of the visdalen, screw in 6 dowel
fasteners into the pre-drilled holes of the wood given as
shown in the diagram.
STEP 9
9. Attach part 6 to part 5 as shown and ensure that it is
positioned as such that it fits the 2 wooden dowels below
. Further secure it using 2 countersunk screw and screw it
into the base of the visdalen cupboard.
STEP 10
10. Fit in 4 wooden dowels into the pre-drilled holes at
the upper partof part 3 and part 4 respectively. Then
firmly attached part 5 to the pre-constructed body of the
visdalen cupboard.
STEP 11
11. After attachment is done, use 6 cam lock fasteners to
further secure the parts by turning it in a clockwise direct
in using a phillip screw driver.
STEP 12
12. As shown, lie the visdalen with the back side facing
upward. Then, attach a plywood at the back side. Using 2
4 nails, hammer the nails onto the plywood to further
secure the attachment.
STEP 13
13. Hammer 6 shelves support with 3 at each side at the
pre-drilled holes. Then, slide in the bases of the shelf
onto the shelves support.
STEP 14
14. Attach 2 rod holders at each respective side of the
visdalen cupboard and place the rod at such that it fits
firmly to the rod holder.
STEP 15
15. Now leave the cupboard aside. We are going to
construct the drawer for the visdalen cupboard. Firstly,
screw 4 dowel fasteners into the respective holes at part 1
using phillip screw driver.
STEP 16
16. Then insert 2 wooden dowels into the pre-drilled hole
s in part 3 and part 4 respectively. Attach part 2 and part
3 onto the part 1.
STEP 17
17. Tighten the attachment by screwing 4 cam lock
fasteners into the pre-drilled holes at the side of part 2
and part 3 using a phillip screw driver.
STEP 18
18. Next, slide the wooden plank (part 4) at a downwards
position as advised into the space provided. This creates
the base of the drawer of the visdalen cupboard.
STEP 19
19. Attached the part 5 onto the part 3 and part 2 as such
that pre-drilled holes at part 5 is alligned with pre-drilled
holes of part 2 and part 3 as shown. Tighten the
attachment by hammering two flat top screw at each side
of part 5.
STEP 20
20. Attach the knob at such that the pre-drilled hole at the
knob is alligned with the pre-drilled hole of part 1.
Screw the long universal head screw together with the
lock washer to tighten the attached knob.
STEP 21
21. As shown, slide out the rail and insert it into the open
ing at the sides of part 2 and part 3. Secure it further by
screwing the short universal head screw at each side by
using a phillip screw driver .
STEP 22
22. Install two hinges to the respective position at the
side of the visdalen's door cupboard. Secure the hinges
by screwing 2 round head for each wing by using a
phillip screw driver.
STEP 23
23. One may attach the door to their acquired position
either the left or the right side. Attach the door hinge to
the body of the visdalen cupboard by using 2 round head
wood screw at each hinge as observed with the aid of a
Philip screw driver .
STEP 24
24. To install the door knob, these 3 parts are needed, 1 long
universal head screw,1 metal plate, and 1 lock master. Construct
the interior lock of the door by securing the metal plate using
long universal head screw, including the lock master. A
precaution is noted to ensure that the lock is not installed in on
unsuitable manner as shown. Next, screw in the magnetic
stopper at the opposite side of the door of the visdalen cupboard
using two round head screw.
