The DS series of indoor modems enable WiMAX Operators to deliver fixed
wireless broadband to residential and enterprise users. It features high
transmission output power and high gain MIMO antenna to tackle the
issue of insufficient indoor coverage. With this device, WiMAX Operators
are able to capture the fixed broadband subscriber base and generate
revenue without the need for last mile infrastructure.

The Receiving Signal Strength Indicator LED will guide users to position

The 802.16e standard employs 5 levels of data packet classification for
services such as voice, video streaming, gaming and enterprise leased
line. Hence, real time packets from applications such as a telephone call
are given higher priority. By classifying applications into different QoS
levels, bandwidth can be efficiently utilized while the quality of each
service is guaranteed.

The DS series is built with the TR069 interface for a standard configuration
system to facilitate batch remote configuration and over-the-air firmware
updates. Additionally, remote troubleshooting interfaces are available via
telnet and the Web to assist second tier support personnel. This relieves
Operators from heavy maintenance efforts. The DS series has been tested
and approved by WiMAX Operators. In fact, many units have been
deployed in the market and subscribers are impressed with its reliable and
superior performance.
