ProFile features and benefits
Developed to be used with Crown Down technique, ProFile has been
designed for practioners who look for a complete instrument
line to deal with any type of canal with maximum safety.

The 6 ProFile Rules
Instrument has to be used 5 to 10 seconds
only at 300 rpm
Never force onto the file
One or maximum two times up and down is necessary
per file
Before engaging one file, canal has to be humidified
with Glyde
Clean your file just
after use
Always start your treament
by a pre op X Ray in order
to determine the working length (Le). Use
Maillefer K - Files or C + Files 010 or 015.
ProFile Settings
The passive tip functions
as a guide allowing
penetration with a
minimum pressure
ProFile should be used at a constant and stable speed
between 150 and 350 rpm
Instruments can be used with an independent electric
motor as well as directly on the dental chair unit
with a high gear reduction rate contra angle.
In any case, it is highly recommended to use
devices with both speed, and torque controls.
