We are pleased to inform you that the NSTP students of San Pedro College,
this city, will initiate a project entitled “Kaayuhan sa Kalawasan sa Katilingban” at
Purok 11, Bucana on March 12, 2010 at 1:30-5:30 in the afternoon. Specifically, it
aims to hold medical mission and information/education campaign on proper
hygiene and sanitation to identified beneficiaries of the said project.

While it is true that healthy life goes with healthy environment, we are
certain that this humble undertaking will shed light to the residents of the said
purok in Bucana. The success of this activity largely depends on the participation of
kind-hearted individuals like you.

Along this vein, we would like to request from your office the following: a) 10
pcs tents, b) 50 pcs plastic chairs, c) 5 pcs small tables and d) 4 pcs long tables
which will be used during the conduct of the medical mission on the date mentioned
above.

We fervently hope that you will give a nod to this request.

May you continue to be always a blessing to others. Thank you and more
