To whom it may concern:
You and your presentment have failed to prove a properly validated liability claim, under affidavit, in
your full commercial capacity and liability, sworn under penalties of perjury, in which relief could be
granted.
You and your presentment have failed to identify your surety agent or liability bondholder.
You and your presentment have failed to present a valid order from a legitimate court of competent
jurisdiction.
You and your presentment have failed to identify the contract and or licensing agreement that would
allow you any right or claim of authority over me, a lawful man.
You and your presentment(s) have failed to show your affidavit of obligation with my wet
ink signature that allows you or any agent of or for CITY OF YOURS or any , COUNTY OF
YOURS or any derivative thereof, STATE OF YOURS, the UNITED STATES or any
derivative thereof, the UNITED NATIONS or any derivative thereof and or any other fictional
entity the ability to apply enforcement to me what so ever, a lawful man, whereas no contract
nor agreement exists between you and I or between myself and any principal you may claim
or claim. If you claim a contract, then prove up your claim and produce the affidavit of
obligation under full commercial liability or cease and desist your actions this very second.
Who are you? Under what authority do you claim or act? Because you, the agent, and your principal,
surety and or bond holder are hereby duly liable to me now, this very second, and I will make
commercial claims affirmed upon unlimited commercial liability on your bond(s) and when the
bond(s) run out on your homes and cars and other personal belongings are then surety for your
malfeasance.
PUBLIC HAZARD BONDING OF CORPORATE AGENTS All officials are required by federal, state, and
municipal law to provide the name, address and telephone number of their public hazard and malpractice
bonding company and the policy number of the bond and, if required, a copy of the policy describing the
bonding coverage of their specific job performance. Failure to provide this information constitutes
corporate and limited liability insurance fraud and is prim-a-facie evidence and grounds to impose a lien
upon the official personally to secure their public oath and service of office.
