600 microns minimum) with NITOCOAT PE-135 or MASTER
SEAL-550 or equivalent product.

Underside of Foundations to be protected with 1000 gauge
Polythene Sheet.

Grouting
a)
Cement and sand (1:2) with non-shrinkable grout to
machinery bed plates, steel structure base plates and the like.
7.
Anchor Bolts
a)
Supply, install and cast anchor bolts as per standard drawing
STD-2-3950-01-A3-A, including cutting pocket and grouting.
8.
Block work
a)
200mm compound wall of load bearing hollow concrete block
work (10.5 N/mm2 at 28 days) in cement mortar (1:4).
b)
200mm hollow block internal wall in filled with Grade 15
concrete and T10Rebar
c)
350mm external cavity wall consisting of 100mm solid block
external skin, 200mm hollow block internal skin and 50mm
cavity filled with mineral wool like Polystyrene or rock fiber
insulation. In filled with Grade 15 concrete and T10Rebar

Plastering
a)
Plastering / rendering of block wall and concrete surface using
CM 1:4 including providing galvanized corner heads, angle
beads and expanded metal lathes required etc complete.
