1) ALL THE NOZZLES HOLES AND ANCHOR BOLTS SHALL BE EQUAL SPACED TO THE EQUIPMENTS MAIN AXES
2) ALL THE NOZZLES PROJECTIONS ARE REFERRED FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE SPHERE, UP TO THE FLANGE FACE
3) WITH BLIND FLANGE, GASKET, BOLTS AND NUTS (DAVIT SHALL BE DESIGNED ACCORDING TO PDVSA 10603.2.102).
4) HLL AND LLL ELEVATIONS SHALL BE FROM THE REFERENCE LINE
5) NOMINAL CAPACITY: 2300 Bbls. WORKING CAPACITY: 2140 Bbls
6) ALL THE NOZZLES ELEVATIONS AND LEVELS ARE REFERRED TO THE REFERENCE LINE.
7) THE STAIRWAY, PLATFORMS AND CLIPS WELDED TO THE EQUIPMENT SHALL BE MANUFACTURERED
AND INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR
8) STAIRWAY SALL BE MANUFACTURED AT THE CONTRACTORS SHOP.
9) THE EQUIPMENTS EMPTY, SHIPPING, OPERATING AND TESTING WEIGHTS SHALL BE CONFIRMED BY CONTRACTOR.
10) THE WIND AND SEISMIC LOADS SHALL BE CONFIRMED BY CONTRACTOR.
11) CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY FULL PENETRATION WELDING FOR ALL THE EXTERNAL ACCESSORIES WELDED TO THE SPHERE.
12) THE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS FOR THE SPHERE SHALL BE MADE BY THE CONTRACTOR.
13) CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL THE DISTRIBUTOR, INCLUDING THE SPRAYS. CIRCULAR SPRAY WITH 26 ORIFICES
APPROXIMATED OF  3/8" (10 mm) INTERNAL DIAMETER.
14) THE LEGS SUPPORTS AND THE BOTTOM PLATES JOINTS SHALL BE DESIGNED BY CONTRACTOR (INCLUDING ANCHORES).
15) CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM ACCORDING TO NFPA15. SHALL BE CONSIDERED PIPE RING
AND SPRAYS AROUND OF THE SPHERE
16) CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PIPES FOR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM UP TO 3' 6" OF DISTANCE FROM THE SPHERE
