Overview
The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to
think - rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves,
than to load the memory with thoughts of other men.
What is education and how should it be implemented for the development of a genius
generation? These are the questions we must ask before we initialize the action of
a genius. One of the elements that separate conscious beings from other created
beings is knowledge and its application; knowledge alone is not enough. Educators
have to become intimate with the foundation of self knowledge and how it feeds the
development of the mind.
Education encompasses both the Earthly and Divine principles that foster the
cultivation of the psycho-spiritual gifts for the purpose of advancing, aiding and
improving civilization. If these aims are not the end result, then the process of
education did not take place; rather domestication and training occurred to
maintain a certain structure and order of operation (subjugation).
Educators must develop an appreciation of self knowledge; however, they must also
develop an appreciation for the application and implementation of knowledge as this
educational component cultivates the individual: their mind, body and spirit.
Ultimately, this educational process brings an individual closer to attaining their
purpose for being.
During the development and application of a holistic educational curriculum, the
concept of self-cultivation and psycho-social development corresponds to
surroundings; vital to the overall educational framework as it teaches and links
the individual to overstanding their role in their community and society with 1)
proper service to themselves, 2) proper service to their family, 3) proper service
to their community and 4) proper activity, participation and contribution to their
nation, the world and the Universe.
However, we have to consider the problems that exist in the current so-called
educational structure. The foundation of this system revolves around the
acquisition of material substance; a breeding to think from an individualist
perspective. Opposing the idea of collective thinking and contribution creates an
addiction for material gratification and constant external reward.
An education system that fosters this type of thinking encourages division and
leads to individuals never being whole, as they constantly seek external rewards
for satisfaction, thus creating a never ending cycle of false satisfaction, thrill
seeking and psycho-social destructive behavior.
All ancient educational systems taught how we as people are directly related to the
Universe and the Creator of the Omni-verse. Proper education begins with teaching
how the part relates to the whole, creating a systematic understanding and thinking
process(e.g. cells create tissues, tissue creates organs, and organs create organ
systems). Teaching in this manner allows one to develop a holistic connection to
their surroundings, their family, society and their nation.
If the educator, teachers and parents, provide a limited knowledge to the youth
then they will demonstrate those restrictions in their behavior and action. The
capacity of a childs mind is limitless and if the challenge for the development of
their mind does not exist, then their potential will be limited.
Therefore, if the teacher and parents are constantly growing and developing
themselves, then so will the child continue to grow and awaken the latent genius
that exists within them. An education system should promote upward progression,
encompass and reflect Self Mastery and the mastery of the heavens that reside
within and around us all.
The science of the creator is infinite and the science, whether Geometry, Law,
Mathematics, Health, Agriculture, or Language; all play an integral role in the
gnosis of the Most High.

As an example, we need to provide an educational facility that can demonstrate how


a child should be educated and the types of accomplishments that can be made with a
solid curriculum in place. Lets take a look at some of the accomplishments that
need be taking place:
Two year olds should know how to recite the alphabet in multiple languages
(English, Swahili and Spanish, etc.)
Three year olds should be able to recall the major bones in the body along
with being able to identify all fifty states.
Four year olds should be capable of reading at a third through sixth grade
level.
These are merely a few astounding examples about our proposed program, and its
ability to truly teach the youth, is the fact that these accomplishments continue
to build upon themselves, compounding and creating an active mind and an eager
mental environment for learning and knowledge assimilation.
When youth are taught inside an environment where their esteem and identity is the
focal point within the educational curriculum, the awakening of the genius is a
duplicable process that quickens the genius element and prepares the youth for
perpetual growth.
For people to be effective learners and achievers, knowledge of self has to become
a large part of the cultivation process which ties into the youths divinity and
educational mechanism that links him or her to the overstanding of their higher
self. Additionally, when the youth sees the curriculum as a holistic extraction of
self, they perform better, behave better and achieve more.
It is best for the youth to learn they are the subject and topic of discussion,
whether directly or indirectly. Showing how Science, Mathematics, Language, Law,
Economics, Agriculture and Health are all related to him/her, the child learns more
quickly and experiences success which leads to greater esteem and a desire to reach
greater heights for the benefit of civilization.
It is imperative, however, that we teach active thinking and how the mind is the
key to total success: the Master Key. Teaching the about the power of positive
thought improves self image, linking the youth directly into the lessons of self
and mutual respect. Having this understanding improves behavior and lends to the
development of a more productive and cohesive society. However, a curriculum that
fails to teach the child these elements of Self, lends to an environment of
mischief, mental insecurities, psychological ailments and individualistic
tendencies.
This is an important reason why ourstory must be incorporated into the curriculum,
studied and actively celebrated, giving the youth the experience of that which
they are studying. It must also be understood, that under the current so-called
educational system, youths learn how to use their street smarts and survival
skills to navigate through unfavorable situations and environments. They are
educated as to how to develop favorable situations that creates the environment for
Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. Placing images and derogatory language in
the midst of a young and impressionable mind lends to the development of an entity
that operates contrary to that which builds, maintains, teaches and progresses a
nation.
It's well overstood why and how we were denied and deprived Knowledge of Self. This
tactic acted to disconnect us from the potentialities that exist within Self. The
deliberate mis-education blocked the psyche from any concrete knowledge of
accomplishment and from linking ones self to its natural birthright, inheritance
and divine covenant.
The development and demonstration of an educational program throughout must be in
place to foster the genius in our youth. However, the teachers and educators,
themselves, must be dedicated to the ongoing learning process.

synchronizing of the mind, body, and soul. Only through personal relationships can
a sense of individual responsibility be established that will give youth confidence
and commitment to follow through on the path to adulthood with a sense of pride and
accomplishment.
Through repeated failures and the development of destructive habits, the youth have
lost faith in the possibilities that await them. The youth must be in a caring,
inclusive learning environment that promotes their best effort and reinforces
personal respect, truth, love, justice, freedom, and peace.
Genuis Generation is a program that assists youths in the turbulent transition from
childhood, through adolescence, to adulthood and offers a positive support system
to avoid the pitfalls that can derail lives. The focus is slightly different at
each level but the goal remains the same; empower the youth to enhance their
ability to develop positive attitudes, behaviors, and actions towards promoting
change within the community at large, and throughout the world.
Genuis Generation will focus primarily on middle and high school youths. It is
projected that within three years, 50% of the system's students will be in middle
school. This age group is particularly problematic and a perfect time for mentoring
to be effective.
Genuis Generation will not only provide interactive classes but also mentoring
programs that will pair youths with a mentor. Youths are matched with a college
student who is trained to focus on positive reinforcement by engaging youth in
lectures, workshops, one-on-one outings and group adventures throughout the
community. Over time, Genuis Generation will create a learning environment that
will be an invaluable resource to the youths, aspiring mentors and the community at
large.

Programs
Genuis Generation provides mentoring relationships and workshops between youth and
student/adults, developed to facilitate educational, social, and personal growth.
Genuis Generation has three primary mentoring programs. They are as follows...
Trailblazers: Trailblazers consist of middle school students and their mentors
participating in a structured program of support. At-risk middle school students
and their mentors participate in an energizing retreat, followed by a structured
program that includes weekly team-building and group activities.
Turnaround: Turnaround is the central program of Genuis Generation and primarily
focuses on students from middle and high schools. The goal of the program is to
rekindle the youth's commitment to learning and overall success in the classroom.
By empowering youths, mentors in turn are improving the student's anticipated
success in the workforce as adults.
Higher Ground: Higher Ground engages youth involved in advance placement. One on
One mentoring relationships utilized to establish a program of innovativeness in
the young person's life. The mentor encourages goal-setting, self discipline, and
skill development that improves the young person's sense of hopefulness.
Workshops
Learning as some say, goes on only through active participation....
Reading can take you through experiences that will effect a radical change in you.
Words are the instruments by means of which we as humans grasp thoughts of others,
and much of our own thinking. In this sense words are the tools of thought.
Systematically increasing your vocabulary, will sharpen and enrich one's thinking;
pushing back intellectual horizons, building self-assurance; improving your
facility in handling the English language and thereby the ability to express
thoughts effectively; and acquire a deeper understanding of the world in general
and of oneself in particular.
Increasing your vocabulary does not mean merely learning the definitions of large
numbers of obscure words; what it means is becoming acquainted with the
multitudinous and fascinating phenomena of human existence for which words are
obviously, only the verbal descriptions.

Market Analysis Summary


The goal of Genuis Generation is to assist youths with the turbulent transition
from childhood, through adolescence, to adulthood and offer a positive support
system to avoid the pitfalls that derail lives. The focus is slightly different at
each level.
At the elementary school level, mentors strive to guide the young person back into
the mainstream of class activity in order to destroy the negative reinforcers that
can turn a student off to school.
With middle school students, Genuis Generation provides mentors that serve as
developmental role models for young people looking for direction. Once a student
has entered high school with a history of classroom disturbances and poor academic
skills, it takes a tremendous proactive effort to assist a student in redirecting
their lives.
Market Segmentation
Genuis Generation has a number of market focuses that are key to the program's
success.
Youth(s)who are overcoming stressors in their lives, such as poverty,
discrimination, abusive situations, addictions, unstable homes, and academic
life, are the primary marketing focus of Genuis Generation. Mentoring programs
foster positive changes through goal setting, self-discipline, skill
development, and friendship.
Families are also the marketing focus when mentors are able to help youth(s)
work on solutions for their family stresses, and provide an objective but
caring sounding board. As a result, many youth and their families report
improved relations at home. Families may also benefit from our United
Parenting Program, a series of custom-designed information and discussion
groups that enrich parenting effectiveness, especially in the area of
cognitive skills associated with family management practices.
Ultimately, Genuis Generation is marketed throughout Sacramento as a critical
social support system for young people.
Target Market Segment Strategy
The target market for Genuis Generation is youth between the ages of eight and
seventeen. Genuis Generation has created a series of mentoring programs that pair
the youth with a trained mentor who will assist him/her in developing the habits
and perspectives that will lead to success and hopefulness in the future.
