skills needed to make good supply chain decisions: probability distributions, point estimation, statistical intervals, hypothesis testing,
ANOVA, linear regression etc.
Spanish Language Introduction to the Spanish language.
B Term (January). Leadership & Mgmt.
Supply Chain Leadership to develop team leadership skills
through seminars and workshops led by supply chain executives.
Logistics Facilities & Operations to explore technological and managerial issues involved in the design and operation of
distribution and logistics physical facilities including site visits to
logistics operations.
Supply Chain Strategy to learn how supply chain strategies
must be designed to fit with the particular requirements of various competitive environments, as well as a companys competitive
strategy.
Supply Chain Network Design to develop logistics models, gain insights on the major trade-offs encountered when designing a supply chain network.
