Execute the project to analyze the credit quality
and financial strength of Faysal bank Ltd during
previous 5 years. In my project I have
concentrated on entire system of Bank financing,
investment and lending. I have analyzed the
quality of its financing and deposit mix. I identified
what types of risk inherent in the banks business,
such as credit, market, operational, funding and
liquidity risk. Eventually as result of my findings I
have assigned short and long term credit rating.
Assuming myself in position of investment manger
I invested in stock of different companies in
expectation of capital gain. I was required to hold
the portfolio for the period of 3 month but during
the period I was allowed to buy or sell particular
stocks whenever realize return on any it. I used my
judgmental power and stock market knowledge in
selection of stocks of these companies.
Prepare the operational and financial feasibility
report of proposed automobile plant to assess its
viability. I prepared 5 years forecasted financial
statement of proposed business to calculate the
present worth of investment using discounted free
cash flows to make my judgment about the
viability of the project.
