MANUAL - VM STANDARDS
For all shop-assistance in Reserved and Reserved Kids stores.
Here you can find main rules of goods exposition.
FEATURES OF THE MANUAL:
- Information: help you to lear rules that take effect in Reseved and Reserved Kids stores.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
Visual Merchandidngs idea is to influence to clients, create visual impression.
Main aim of Visual Merchandising is the best goods exposition in the store and make clear
communication tracks. At the same time thanks Visual Merchandising technics brand makes
more known and strength on the market; clients have positive associations with brand.

VM definition:
- its an art.of goods exposition, that try to increase easthetic, make stronger brand image,
and increase sales effectiveness

- its a kind of non-verbal communication that influence to client to make correct decision
- it means searching of new ideas for goods presentation based on information from science,

10 golden rules
HAW TO WORK CORRECTLY WITH GOODS IN RESERVED STORES

1. CLEANLINESS.
All shop-assistance should take care of cleanliness in the store.

2. TIDINESS.
Hight level of aesthetic in the store.

3. LIGHTING.
Put lights correctly after each changes.

4. CLEAR COMMUNICATION TRACKS.


Furniture should be placed that way to make clients space to do shopping.

5. GRAPHIC MATERIALS/PRICE TAGS.


Graphic materials should be used according to specifications, price tags and broken plexi
should be checked systematically.

6. SEASONALITY.
Goods should be arranged according actual sale period.

7. SIZES.
Goods in piles and colour blocks should be available in full size order - from the smallest to the biggest.

8. AVAILABILITY.
Goods on top fronts and on mannequins should be available for clients.

9. IRONING AND INTERESTING ELEMENTS.


Goods on mannequins and on sale area should be ironed, all interesting elements should be shown.

10. REPLANISHMENT.
Constant, even level of stocking - special attention should be given to HIT models.
