In terms of Accessibility to people
The structure stands near in the heart of Mexico Town proper where different
establishments are constructed. Its location makes it easy to the public to access
In terms of Transportation
The Coffee Shop is in the San Carlos, Mexico town proper and is along a major
road that is accessible to public vehicles going to Sn. fernando, Magalang and
Angeles. This location makes the transportation going through the Coffee Shop easy
for the public costumers and also for the occupants of the said Coffee Shop.
In terms of availability of electricity and water
In the location of the structure, electricity and water is not a big problem.
Potable water is available thru BWSI Mexico Waterworks. In terms of electrical
source the Pampanga Electric Cooperative (PELCO) will be the source of electricity
in the area. There is a paying station of PELCO in front of the commercial building
thats why it is easy and convenient for the occupants to pay their bill in electricity.

1.10 meters glass push type door on the entrance
0.10x0.60 meters of wooden tiles to be use for the gross floor area
0.60x0.60 meters ceramic tiles in outside dining
1/4 thick fixed glass window on analoc frame welded with square bars
Plain painted finish and wooden cuts attach in the walls
5 thick concrete hollow blocks for walls
Customize Wooden cuts with cornisa for ceiling
0.30x0.30 meters of ceramic floor tiles for toilets

1.3 Building method
Reinforcement concrete
