Print Over Signature

The document discusses how a signature normally appears over printed text but can be manipulated through photocopying or scanning to appear underneath and create a forgery. Figure 1 shows a signature enlarged that correctly appears over printing. Figure 2 shows another signature enlarged that incorrectly appears underneath printing, indicating the entire document was fraudulently manipulated. Close examination can reveal if a signature was placed over or under printing, with the latter implying forgery.

Print Over Signature

Figure 1. Signature A is enlarged about 100x in B, and about 400x in C.

Note from C that the signature was written over the printing which is a normal
sequence.
A close observation of the signature in Figure 1-C reveals that the signature appears
over the printing, as it should. On Page 2 of 2 Figure 2-C, it is noted that, the
signature appears underneath the printing. Obviously this cannot happen under normal
conditions and it is implication of Forgery.
How can this happen? Please refer to Page 2 of 2.

( cont. )

Figure 2 Illustrates the manipulating the use of a Photocopier or the scanning with a
bonafide signature written on a blank sheet of paper. The signature itself may be genuine
and may appear so on the document; however the entire document or group of documents
itself is Fraudulent.
Figure 2 Signature A is enlarged about 100x in B and about 4oox in C.
Note that from C, that the signature apparently was written under the printing and
becomes a Forgery.
