Esea 04 The Flood

The document summarizes the biblical story of Noah's Ark in three parts: I. The Preparation for the Flood, where God sees human wickedness and instructs Noah to build an ark to save his family and animal pairs from a coming flood. II. The Protection During the Flood, where Noah, his family, and the animals enter the ark and rain falls for 40 days, flooding the entire earth. III. The Particulars Following the Flood, where Noah's family and the animals leave the ark once the floodwaters recede. God promises never again to destroy the earth by flood and establishes the rainbow as a sign of this promise.
