Precise water proportioning.
Application
The water proportioning unit MOZF meters a precise
specified volume of water. It can be applied together
with the automatic moisture control MYFC or on its own.
It is used wherever a defined water volume is pre-
specified and has to be checked.
Design
The system consists of the following components:
• Control system MEAF with display
• Water control valve
Water Proportioning Unit
• Water counter MOZF.
• Water shut-off valve (safety shut-off) Standard version.
Mode of operation
The water counter emits voltage pulses to the control
system MEAF. On the basis of this information, the
current water volume is calculated and the water con-
trol valve is activated. The water flow is regulated on a
continuous basis. This automatically balances pressure
fluctuations and ensures accurate metering.
