You are requested to depute your authorized representative having proper authorization
to collect the Corrigendum/ Addendum documents Volume V & V-A from Asstt. GM Engg. (C),
Chennai Project Desk, Office of Executive Director Engg, Airports Authority of India, Operational
Offices, Gurgaon Road, Rangpuri, New Delhi-H0037, latest by 13.06.2008. You are requested
to go through all Corrigendum/ Addendum Volumes carefully and should sign each page and
quote rates at appropriate place as stated thereunder. The 1st lowest shall be evaluated based
on total amount of BOQ issued earlier and quoted amount of Corrigendum/ Addendum
Volumes.
With reference to the request made by the bidders for allowing associates for specialized
works already approved, this has been accepted and accordingly, list of approved associates in
respect of SpecializedWorks is enclosed as Annexure 'A'. You may engage any of the approved
associates for execution of specialized works related with the subject work with prior intimation
to AAI. If you intend to change any associate other than those approved for your firm, the
name of the associate may be informed before submission of tender i.e. 23.6.2008, with
consent of the associate firm.
You are requested to see the samples of marble and granite etc. available in this office,
latest by 20.06.08 and sign on the sample for confirmation of having physically seen the same.
A copy of this letter duly signed by you should be enclosed along with volumes V & V-A,
and to be submitted in Envelope'B' along with other documents already issued to you and shall
also form part of the Agreement.
