This patent application describes a wind power generator that has two power generators. The first power generator generates electricity from the rotation of a rotor attached to a central rotation shaft. The second power generator generates electricity from the rotation of a flywheel attached to the rotation shaft through a one-way clutch. This allows the flywheel to continue rotating even if the rotation shaft speed decreases, powering the second generator. Electricity from either generator can be output. The generator aims to maintain power production even when wind speed decreases.

A wind power generator comprises a ?rst power generator
