and institutional development. Coordinated and contributed in
more than 450 training programmes for different client groups
such as principals, head of departments, government officials and
industry personnel. Contributed in developing information
communication technology and developed print and non print
instructional resources. Conducted and guided research studies in
the field of management, training and rural development.
Authored 18 reference books for professionals, research scholars
and post graduate students. Currently involved in conducting
various management development programmes and guiding Ph.
