Deskripsi
Instant cement for finish works on plastered wall or concrete surface that can be
use internally or externally. Cement based material with homogeneously mixed
filler and additive.

Application
Easy and ready to use, by water addition only.
Can be applied on plastered and concrete surface.
Smoother finished coat result with light grey color.
High adhesiveness and plasticity when applied on smooth and slick surface.
Mixture do not drying too quick when applied.
Preventing hair cracking on the wall that caused by material shrinking.
No need to be use base paint.
Can be painted after 7 days.
No paint absorbing so can save on paint material.
Can be applied on internal or external side of the building.
Neat and nicer final result that can save on building maintenance.
Sika Skim Coat can be applied on various surfaces, such as :
Plastered surface (Sika Plaster Mix)
Precast concrete surface.
* Not recommended for application on floor surface.

Use
Brush, long steel or aluminium spreader, hand mixer, mixing container.
1. Prepare working place and surface.
2. Clean surface base from chips, dirt and oil that can reduce adhesiveness
of coating mix
3. Wet the working surface base with water if it too dry.
Manual :
1. Add water in amount of 7.8 8.0 liter into the mixing container for a bag of
Sika Skim Coat (25 kg)
2. Put Sika Skim Coat dry powder into mixing container.
3. Mix the powder and water to farm an even mixture.

Coverage
Finish coating is manually done as usual and then spread evenly long with
ruler.
Recommended coating thickness is 2 mm, depend on surface base
contour.
12 m / 25 kg bag / 2 mm thickness, depend on surface base contour.
