DC-HSDPA & 64QAM enable DL 42 Mbps peak rates
UE categories for DC-HSDPA support: Cat. 21, 22, 23 & 24

requires long term RNC license for specific number of cells ( Already Installed in All RNCs )

DC HSDPA Activation On 2 LCG
We must make LCG Splitting per Sector
I.
To make LCG Splitting ( 2 HSDPA & HSUPA PSs or more ) must be in The site
II. each cell belonging to the same sector must be in The Same LCG & have the same Tcell value
III. We divide the Sectors in 2 LCG based on the traffic per Cell
IV. Tcell values belonging to different sectors must belong to different Tcell groups in the same LCG
