Number 8: Post Stance, Heaven and Earth Hand


133. Thumb relaxes. Stretch center fingers.

134. Both arms slowly move to the front of the body rising nimbly until
reaching shoulder height together.

135. Bend both elbows back until the (back of the) hands reach the "xuan
guan" point (the bridge of the nose). Middle and ring fingers drop to the
"Lao Gong" points (in the palm).

136. Rotate (body) leftward, turning the left hand downward and the right
hand upward.

137. Loosen and open middle and third fingers. Raise (left hand) and
lower (right hand) while the middle fingers of both hands press
downward.

138. Middle finger together with third finger bends until pinching the
Laogong point. Turn body towards the right.

139. Right hand turns downward, left hand moves upward.

140. Loosen and open middle and third fingers. Raise (right hand) and
lower (left hand) while the middle fingers of both hands press downward.

141. Middle finger together with third finger bends until pinching the
Laogong point (9 times). Return body to upright position.

142. Loosen and open middle and third fingers with all 10 fingers
mutually opposed.

143. Both hands turn downward, falling until they reach the "Shan Gong"
point. Relax the waist while rotating both palms inward.

144. Both hands divide and, following the contour of the waist, press
downward

145. Middle finger drops while hands move toward "Feng Shi"
point (on outside of thigh).

146. The hands move away from the body. Both legs resume
standing up.
