Introduction
Congratulations on purchasing your
ProCharger 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z High
Output Intercooled System. Read this entire
manual before you attempt to install your
ProCharger kit. It is imperative that you
follow all of the instructions in the order they
appear in this installation guide. If you have
any questions regarding any aspect of this
installation, call us at (913)338-2886.
For best results, we recommend reviewing
the installation instructions beforehand, and
following the installation instructions closely
and in sequence. A detailed packing list has
been provided to assist you in identifying the
components of your ProCharger system.

Warning: Your supercharged Nissan
350Z must always be run on 91 octane
or better gas.
You should also have the following gauges available to properly check the finished installation and monitor
your vehicles performance (especially for testing):
Manifold Boost Pressure Gauge Fuel Pressure Gauge
Wide Band Oxygen Sensor and Gauge
Gauges should be of a type that can be read from the cockpit while performing a wide-open throttle road
test. Cockpit or hood-mounted gauges are preferable. In order to obtain usable readings, the gauges should
measure pressure at the intake manifold and fuel rail. IF VEHICLE DOES NOT MAINTAIN PROPER FUEL
PRESSURE (50-65 PSI), DECREASE THROTTLE APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY. In some cases, extra vehicle
modifications can strain the stock fuel pump. If your vehicle has difficulty retaining adequate fuel pressure,
contact ATI ProCharger about the availability of an upgraded fuel system.
The engine on which the ProCharger is to be installed should retain the factory compression ratio. If it
has been modified in any way, please consult ProCharger staff before proceeding with the installation. This
supercharger system is intended for use on stock, strong, well-maintained engines/transmissions. Installation
on a worn or troublesome powertrain should be reconsidered. ATI Procharger will not be held
responsible for damage to a vehicles powertrain.
For best performance and reliability, always use premium grade fuel (91 octane or higher) and listen closely
for signs of detonation, which might sound like ball bearings rolling around in a tin can. If detonation
should occur, OR IF YOU ARE UNSURE whether what youre hearing is detonation,
decrease throttle application immediately and please consult ATI ProCharger staff. Detonation
should not be an issue with a properly installed intercooled supercharger system, though OEM factory-shipped
engine and parts inconsistencies are possible on any vehicle.

Tech Tip: Spark plugs that are one
heat range cooler than stock are
recommended for use with this system.
We suggest replacing your factory
plugs at this time.
1 Remove the battery box cover.
2 Remove the clips from the passengers
side battery-to-windshield cowl and
remove the cowl.

3 Remove the fuel pump fuse located in
IPDM E/R.
4 Making sure all tools and equipment are
clear from the front of the drive system,
start the engine. (This will safely purge
all fuel pressure in the engine for further
disassembly.) Be sure to remove the fuel
pump fuse before starting the engine!
5 After the engine stalls, crank the engine
two or three times to release all fuel
pressure.
6 Disconnect both battery cables.
Windshield Cowl Removal
Tech Tip: Roll both windows down at
least half way before disconnecting the
battery cables. This vehicle is equiped
with an automatic window adjusting
function. When a door is opened, the
window automatically lowers slightly
to avoid contact with the roof panel.
By rolling down both windows before
disconnecting the battery, both doors
can be opened or closed without the
window contacting the roof panel.

7 Remove any aftermarket chips or other
ECM reprogramming from the vehicle.

WARNING: Aftermarket chips/
programmers for naturally aspirated
motors advance timing at elevated
RPMs; this will cause detonation
and engine damage if used with a
supercharger. Many aftermarket chips/
programmers also extend your RPM
range. Since boost is related to engine
RPM, this can produce excessive
boost and engine damage.
8 Using a 12mm socket, remove the three
bolts and one nut which retain the strut
tower brace on each strut tower. Remove
the strut tower brace and set aside.

9 Using a 10mm socket, remove the plastic
engine cover. Save all hardware as it will
be re-installed later.
10 Remove the throttle body tube from the
throttle body and MAF sensor using an
8mm nut driver and 10mm socket.
11 Using a 10mm socket, remove the MAF
sensor from the air filter housing, taking
care not to damage the MAF sensor
wiring harness when disconnecting. Take
care to save the MAF sensor o-ring on
the MAF housing, as it will be reused.

12 Remove the air filter box (this will not be
reused). Re-install 2 bolts on the radiator
support.

13 Remove the MAF sensor wiring harness
bracket located on the front drivers side
of the engine. This will not be reused.

14 Using a 17mm and a 10mm socket,
remove the two coolant hose support
brackets.

16 Raise and support the car with jack
stands.
17 Using a 10mm socket, remove the lower
fascia.
18 Remove the plastic top quick connects,
on the front fascia, using a standard
screwdriver.

19 Remove the three 10mm screws which
attach the front fascia to each inner
fender well by gently pulling the inner
fenderwell and fender apart.
21 Remove the air scoop brace and air
scoop, then re-install the air scoop brace.
The air scoop will not be reused.

22 Remove the front bumper cover.
23 Remove the four 12mm bolts and 12mm
nuts which retain the front bumper and
set the bumper aside.
24 Remove the front air shroud. This will not
be reused.
25 Carefully remove the airbag sensor
protective cover and trim 3/4 from the
bottom as shown.
26 Re-install the air bag sensor cover.

27 Remove the plastic brake sensor wiring
harness.
30 Using a 14mm wrench, loosen the
tensioner pulley nut.
28 Install the supplied wire loom around the
wiring harness and zip tie the assembly
as shown.
31 Using a 12mm socket, loosen the
tensioner pulley adjusting bolt and
remove the serpentine belt.
29 Using a 10mm wrench, remove the four
idler pulley bolts.

Getting Started
32 Using 14mm and 17mm wrenches,
remove the factory idler pulley and
bracket, retaining the 10mm bolt for
reuse.
33 Remove the hood prop. Using a hack
saw, cut the end of the hood prop off,
attach the ATI supplied hood prop end,
and re-install the hood prop in the car
using 5 min. epoxy or similar. If you
have trouble getting the glue to bond
to the new hood prop end, try drilling a
small hole through the hood prop end,
perpendicular to the axis of the hood
prop. This will allow the glue to get a
good mechanical bond with the hood
prop end.

34 Remove the coolant overflow reservoir.
Remove the power steering fluid cooler
and disconnect and remove the cooler
lines. Remove the p/s cooler mounts.

35 Install the ATI supplied cooler lines and
relocate the wire bundle as shown.
36 Drill an 11/32 hole in the radiator
support for each power steering cooler
relocation bracket. Install the Power
Steering cooler using the ATI supplied
brackets and hose clamps as shown.
Attach each bracket using the supplied
5/16 x 3/4 stainless steel socket head
cap screws.
Note: carefully plan the hole locations
prior to drilling to ensure access for the
washers and nuts.

37 Top off the power steering fluid. This
may require several cycles of starting
the car, turning the steering wheel from
lock to lock, and topping off the fluid to
completely purge the air from the power
steering system.

1 Remove the engine bracket from the
main bracket and pulleys. Install the
supplied main cog drive pulley and main
cog driven pulley as shown. Make certain
to use Loctite and the supplied machine
keys. It may be necessary to heat the
pulleys to ease installation.

4 Install the supplied power steering
spacer using the bolt from the factory
idler assembly. If you notice tightness
when removing the factory idler bracket,
your P/S pump bracket is too close to
the engine block. If this is the case,
your P/S spacer may require some filing
in order to slip behind the P/S pump
bracket. Be certain to only file the area
behind the P/S pump bracket and not
in the area where the engine bracket
attaches to the P/S bracket.

7 Position the discharge elbow onto the
Procharger outlet.

9 Attach the blower bracket to the main
bracket using the three supplied 3/8 16 x 7/8 SHCS. Do not tighten.

11 Remove the compressor housing bolt

12 Rotate the compressor bracket back to
its proper position while inserting the
compressor bracket bolt into the blower
bracket spacer.

13 Replace and tighten the compressor
bolts, tighten the compressor bracket
bolt, and tighten the 3/8 & 5/16 SHCS
in the blower bracket.
14 Using a 10mm socket, remove the IVT
control valve bolt and rotate the IVT
Control Valve to allow installation of the
cog drive pulley onto the secondary jack
shaft. Make certain to use the supplied
1/8 x 3/4 machine key. Re-install the
IVT Control Valve.
Note: It may be necessary to heat
the pulley to ease installation. It may
also be necessary to remove the outer
pulley flange to provide clearance to
the IVT control valve. Use loctite on the
pulley retaining bolt.

15 Install the blower cog belt and then the
main cog belt as shown. Make sure the
eccentric tightening bolts are loose,
adjust the eccentric tensioner for cog
belt tension by inserting a screwdriver
into the adjusting holes and rotating the
housing.
16 Rotate the eccentric tensioner clockwise
until it stops. Install the blower cog belt.
Rotate the eccentric tensioner counterclockwise as needed to install the main
cog belt.
17 Rotate the eccentric tensioner counterclockwise until the desired blower cog
belt tension is achieved. The blower cog
belt should be tensioned to a deflection
of 0.4 under 20lbs (finger pressure).
Tighten the three eccentric bolts.

18 Make certain the tensioner pulley bolt
is loose and adjust the main cog belt
tensioner, using a 9/16 socket to
tighten the adjusting bolt. Tighten the
tensioner pulley bolt. The main cog belt
should be tensioned to a deflection of
0.4 under 20lbs (finger pressure).

19 Install the supplied serpentine drive belt
using the belt routing diagram below.
20 Adjust the factory serpentine belt
tensioner for adequate belt tension using
12mm & 14mm wrenches. The Micro-V
belt should be tensioned to a deflection
of 0.2 under 20lb (finger pressure).
Note: A new belt may stretch the
first few times that it is loaded. This
is noticable as a brief belt squeal
on startup. The factory Nissan belt
tensioner is not spring loaded, does
not automatically adjust for this, and
may need to be readjusted. After 3 or 4
tightenings the belt should stabilize.

21 Perform a final torque on all fasteners. Main Cog Belt Tensioner Bolt

22 Using a die grinder and cutting wheel,
trim the plastic engine cover as shown to
clear the main bracket. Also, mark and
drill a 1 hole where the main cog belt
tension adjusting bolt is. Do not re-install
the engine cover at this time.

Note: This section only applies to full
systems, which include an electronic
fuel management unit and an inline fuel pump. If you do not have a
full system, additional fuel system
modificatons will be required before
starting the vehicle.
Warning: When working on high
pressure fuel systems, caution should
be taken when handling high pressure
lines, as residual pressure may cause
fuel to spray unless relieved prior to
disconnection. Take precaution to avoid
injury or fire.
1 Complete steps 3 through 5 on page 2 if
not already done.

2 With the vehicle raised and supported,
disconnect the stock fuel line under the
passengers side of the car.
3 Drain any residual fuel from the fuel

7 Tuck fuel lines down and secure the
supplied fuel pump to the factory power
steering bracket with the supplied
clamp.
9 Remove the factory hose from the
factory PCV connection. Install the
supplied vacuum tee to the vacuum
port located on the front of the intake
manifold.
8 Ensure that the fuel line routing is clear
of the belt and exhaust manifold.

Note: Leave all clamps loose until
you have installed all of the tubes and
hoses. Adjust each hose and tube for
best fit and then tighten all clamps.
Hose installation can be eased if you
first wet the metal tubes and fittings
with a solution of dishwashing soap
and water. Some hoses may require
trimming for optimal fit; this can be
accomplished using a sharp utility knife.

1 Connect the MAF sensor to the 3
to 2-1/2 metal reducer (C) using the
supplied M6 x 20 bolts, washers, &
locknuts.
2 Reconnect the MAF sensor wiring
harness to the sensor and connect the

clamps and the 3 rubber 45 hose (A).

4 Insert the throttle body tube (E) into the
drivers inner fenderwell and slide the
tube up under the supercharger bracket.
Connect a 2-1/2 90 rubber connector
(Y) to the inlet end of the throttle body
inlet tube. Care should be taken to not
scratch the tube against the bottom of
the ProCharger or the frame rail.

5 Connect the throttle body inlet tube to
the MAF sensor assembly.
6 Install the upper intercooler mounting
strap as shown. Remove the hood latch
bracket bolt, insert the bolt through the
mounting strap hole and replace the bolt

7 Hang the intercooler from the upper
intercooler mounting strap using the
provided 5/16-18 x 3/4 bolt as shown.
Do not tighten the bolt at this time.
Note that the intercooler mounting strap
should be behind the welded intercooler
tab.
8 Install the lower intercooler mounts.
Note that the back of the intercooler is
within 1/2 of the radiator fan shroud
(required for proper bumper clearance).
Mount the lower intercooler mounting
straps to the intercooler using the
supplied M8 x 16 bolts but do not
tighten the bolts. With the intercooler
properly positioned, place the mounting
straps and spacers (drivers side spacer
is taller) with the spacers centered within
the slots and mark the spacer location on
the radiator core support. Drill a 5/16
hole through the radiator core support
to attach the spacers and mounting
straps, being careful to avoid hitting the
radiator. Attach the lower intercooler
mounting straps and their spacers using
the supplied 5/16-18 x 2 and 2-1/2
bolts, nuts and washers. Do not tighten
at this time.

9 It is a good idea to temporarily install
the bumper and adjust the intercooler
position before torquing down all of the
intercooler mounting nuts and bolts.
10 Install a 2-1/2 rubber connector (Z) to
the outlet (lower) end of the intercooler
and a 2-1/2 rubber 45 hose (J) to the
inlet (upper) end of the intercooler.
11 Connect the blower discharge tube (G)
to the blower discharge elbow (J) using
the supplied hose clamps.
12 Connect the other end of the blower
discharge tube to the intercooler inlet via
the 2-1/2 rubber 45 hose (J) installed in
step 10.
13 Install the intercooler discharge tube (F)
by connecting one end to the intercooler
outlet via the 2-1/2 rubber connector

Note: On some cars with larger
aftermarket wheels or lowered
suspensions, tire clearance to the
inner fender is very tight. If the 2-1/2
90 elbow presses too hard against
the inner fenderwell it could cause
the fender to contact the tire at full
steering lock. This can be mitigated
by loosening the hose clamps and
rearranging the tubing to minimize
contact between the 2-1/2 90 elbow
and the inner fenderwell or, in some
cases, may require minor grinding on
the inner fenderwell to remove the
higher contact areas.

17 Install the 6 long 1-1/2 surge hose (H)
between the surge valve and the surge
port on the air inlet tube (U) using #20
hose clamps. Note: The 6 long surge
hose may need to be trimmed to fit
properly. It is a wire reinforced hose and
can be trimmed using a sharp knife and a
wire cutter.
18 Route the supplied 3/16 vacuum line
from the vacuum tee to the surge valve

Installation Review/Safety Check
1 Carefully review the entire installation.
Examine oil and fuel lines routed near
moving parts and exhaust components
to ensure that they are protected from
chafing or abrasion, secure and free of
twists and kinks. All wires and hoses
should be firmly secured with clamps or
wire ties.
Note: Larger cities (especially in
winter months) often use oxygenated
or reformulated fuels to reduce
pollution. Although these fuels have
the same octane ratings as unaltered
fuels, some people have experienced
problems (detonation) with their use.
If you experience similar problems, it
is advised to reduce your timing or use
octane booster to avoid detonation.
2 Ensure that the air filter is installed.
3 Check and correct all fluid levels.
Note: Your vehicle MUST be filled
with 91 or higher octane fuel before
any hard driving. You should switch to
91 octane 2 or 3 tanks of gas prior to
installation of the ProCharger system
in order to guarantee removal of low
octane fuel from your vehicle

tuning and maintaining your system.
4 Start the engine and let it idle for a few
minutes. Inspect for air leaks.
5 Shut off the engine and check for fluid
leakage, signs of rubbing parts, and
other potential problems.
6 Be sure you have purchased and installed
a fuel pressure gauge and/or fuel-air
ratio meter to monitor fuel delivery while
driving. Installation of a boost pressure
gauge is also recommended.

Note: This section only applies to full
systems, which include an EFMU. If you
do not have a full system, additional
tuning will be required before starting
the vehicle.
Note: To get the most out of your
system it may prove beneficial to utilize
an air fuel ratio meter. Wide band units
are most ideal when tuning an engine
for maximum performance. Use of a
wide band sensor will provide data
that will allow you to achieve optimum
performance throughout your engines
operating range.
1 The Electronic Fuel Management Unit
(EFMU) regulates voltage to the in-line
fuel pump, thus increasing fuel pressure
and fuel delivery with increasing boost
pressure. The EFMU comes preset with
a safe program for a stock installation.
Your EFMU has been preset, however,
for best results, your EFMU should be
tuned by a competent technician using
a wide-band oxygen sensor. This will
optimize the EFMU for each particular
vehicle and environmental conditions.
2 The EFMU has two basic controls: boost
and zone adjustment.
Boost Adjustment: Controls the boost
pressure required to activate each of
the adjustment zones. With enough
zones, it can be set so that the last
zone occurs at maximum boost.
Note: If your vehicle has a feature
such as VTEC that results in an abrupt
increase in engine torque, it may prove
beneficial to set the Scale Adjustment
such that the step from one slide to the
next (i.e. 3rd to 4th slide) occurs at the
same point as the VTEC activation.
3 The EFMU resonds to boost pressure,
however, since boost pressure is a
function of engine speed, the EFMU
tuning can be referenced to engine
speed. The EFMU Boost Adjustment
has been for max boost at 8 psi and 13
adjustment zones.

5 To make changes to the preset values in
the EFMU, use a paper clip to press the
run/program button on the front of the
EFMU. Ensure the selected input signal is
set to Boost and press the value knob
down. Follow the prompts and adjust
each zone accordingly by turning the
value knob. Increasing the percentage
will add more fuel and decreasing the
percentage will result in a leaner mixture.
Press the value knob down to select the
desired value.
6 Using a dynometer or a road test with a
wide band oxygen sensor installed, run
the car to redline with the throttle wide
open, noting what RPM range each zone
corresponds to. Also note the Air-Fuel
ratio corresponding to each zone. Adjust
the zone settings in 5% increments until
the desired Air-Fuel ratio is achieved
(typically about 12:1) in each zone. Be
prepared to abort the test at any sign of
detonation or excessively lean conditions.
For additional information, refer to the
instructions supplied with the EFMU.
Supplemental/Race Notes
7 High boost applications require high
energy ignition systems for proper
combustion. If you are using a stock
ignition system on such an application,
the plug gap must be reduced
to approximately .035 to avoid
extinguishing the arc discharge. The use
of spark plugs one heat range colder than
stock is also advised.
8 Proper pulley alignment of a cog belt
drive system is critical. Pulley alignment
can be checked by observing how the
belt tracks on the pulleys. The belt should

track between the pulley flanges, perhaps
slightly touching one or the other flange
depending on engine speed. Typically, the
belt tracks against the rearward flange at
idle and moves forward towards the front
flange at higher engine speeds. If the
belt exhibits a strong tendency to ride
up either flange, or you are experiencing
excessive belt tooth wear, you have a
pulley alignment issue. Pulley alignment is
most critical with the smaller blower belt.
Problems with pulley alignment are rare
but can be easily fixed by shimming the
bracket as shown.
Warning: Underdrive pulley systems
that decrease the size of the crank
pulley should not be used. Increasing
the size of accessory pulleys may
require the use of a longer Micro-V belt.

Fuel Quality
Never race your engine and ProCharger
supercharger when your engine is cold. Allow
the water temperature to climb into operating
range for several minutes before driving above
2,500 rpm, to ensure adequate oil lubrication.
With a properly installed intercooled
ProCharger supercharger system, detonation
should not occur. For the best performance
and reliability, use premium grade fuel (91
octane or higher). Listen for signs of detonation
after refueling, and after replacement or
modification of any fuel system component(s).
If detonation occurs, reduce the throttle and
locate the source.
Ignition System Maintenance
Because of the vastly cooler intake
temperatures delivered by intercooling, You
should be able to run full timing on your
intercooled ProCharger application, but be
aware that with forced induction and full timing
your 350Z will continue to pull hard all the way
to the redline, and for maximum performance
you should now shift just prior to the redline.
Avoid hitting the Rev-Limiter, as the factory
computer shuts off fuel delivery, resulting in
a dangerous lean condition, detonation and
possible engine damage. If your spark plugs
are more than a year old or have more than
10,000 miles logged, you should consider
changing them before driving your vehicle
under load. Spark plug wires should be
changed if visibly damaged or when resistance
exceeds factory specifications.
Air Filter Maintenance
Your air filters should be cleaned periodically,
potentially as often as every 10,000 miles
or 6months, even though a service interval
of 50,000 - 100,000 miles is quoted by the
manufacturer under normal driving conditions.
A clogged air filter will result in decreased
boost levels and vehicle performance. Be sure
to re-oil the cleaned filter before re-installing.
Always operate your vehicle with an air filter,
failure to do so may result in damage to your
ProCharger supercharger and personal injury!
Belt Replacement
The belts which turns your ProCharger will
stretch after initial run-in, and should be
retightened after the first 100 miles, if not
sooner. Tighten the serpentine belt sufficiently
to avoid slippage, but do not overtighten, as
this could cause damage to the ProCharger
systems precision bearings. A new serpentine
belt may require several tightenings during
its initial stretch. Tighten the cog belts to
0.4 deflection as outlined on pages 22-23.
When removing belts, ensure that they are
re-installed to turn in the same direction as
before. Should you reuse a thrown belt and
find that it needs frequent retightening, the
belt is damaged and should be replaced.
Belts operated frequently under high RPM
conditions may elongate and lose tension. Use
of a shorter belt often remedies this condition.
ATI always recommends the use of Gates
premium quality Micro-V and cog belts.
Your ProCharged 350Z uses uses the
following belts:

ProCharger Oil Level
General
The ProCharger superchargers oil level must
be checked periodically to ensure the proper
lubrication. The dipstick can be loosened
using a flat blade screwdriver or a coin. When
installed, the oil level should remain between
the minimum (MIN) and maximum (MAX)
indicators at all times.
When removing the dipstick, be sure to retain
the nylon washer. A spare nylon washer and
o-ring is included. Use only the ATI supplied
nylon washer and o-ring when servicing the oil
dipstick and drain plug. A discoloration of the
oil and residue on the drain plug may occur
during the initial oil changes. This is normal
and will gradually decrease. For the proper
positioning of the ProCharger supercharger,
the serial tag should be pointing upwards.
Installing the ProCharger supercharger in
another position will cause inadequate oiling
and supercharger failure. If you have any
questions about the maintenance of your
supercharger, contact ATI.
Warning: Filling the ProCharger
higher than the maximum level on
the dipstick can lead to bearing and
seal damage. The supercharger is a
sealed unit and should not normally
require the addition of oil between
service intervals. If excessive usage is
noted, the unit should be sent to ATI
for inspection and repair. The dipstick
fitting should be firmly tightened after
changing or checking the oil level.
Oil Change Intervals
The first oil change should be performed at
500 miles and at 6,000 mile intervals thereafter.
Drain oil by removing the drain plug. Clean
drain plug after every oil change. The
drain plug should be firmly tightened after
changing the oil.

contains no oil from the factory. The
unit must be filled prior to use. Use only
ATI supplied oil in your ProCharger. The
ATI oil has been specially formulated for
the bearings in the ProCharger and use

Maximum impeller speed should not exceed the redline of 80,000 RPM for the C-2. Maximum
impeller speed = pulley diameter ratio of the serpentine belt, multiplied by tooth ratio of the main
cog belt, multiplied by tooth ratio of the blower cog belt, multiplied by the ProCharger internal
step-up ratio, multiplied by the engine RPM at redline. Diameter and tooth ratios for a given belt are
defined as the diameter or number of teeth of the drive pulley divided by the diameter or number of
teeth of the driven pulley.
Impeller RPM = (D1/D2) x (N1/N2) x (N3/N4) x ProCharger Ratio x engine RPM
Where: D1 = Diameter of Crank pulley
D2 = Diameter of the ATI supplied 6-rib serpentine pulley
N1 = Number of teeth on the main cog belt drive pulley

ProCharger Ratio = internal step-up gear ratio of the ProCharger
All of these ratios are fixed except the main belt ratio. The boost level is varied by changing pulleys
N1 & N2. When changing the boost level, both N1 & N2 must be changed to avoid changing
the required main cog belt length. For a 7-psi boost level, N1 is 38 teeth and N2 is 27 teeth. At a
maximum engine speed of 6,600 RPM, the maximum impeller RPM is 60,856. For other pulley sizes,
the impeller RPM is found by using the following equation:
Impeller RPM = (5.75/5.25) x (N1/N2) x (28/22) x 4.7 x engine RPM

warranty starts on the date of original purchase from

to the original owner and excludes hoses, sleeves,
and electronic components manufactured by other
companies. IF THE SUPERCHARGERS DRIVE RATIO IS
ALTERED IN ANY WAY FROM THE FACTORY SETTING,
WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VOID. USE OF ANY PULLEY
NOT MANUFACTURED OR SUPPLIED BY ATI VOIDS
ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE. ATIs warranty obligations
are limited to the terms below:
ATI agrees to honor a warranty claim at its sole
discretion and only after inspection at the ATI factory.
No warranty will be honored if any part of the product is
found to have been improperly installed, tampered with,
mishandled, or misused in any way. Disassembly of the
ProCharger supercharger or removal of the ProCharger
superchargers serial plate voids all warranties. Claims
for freight damages should be directed to the freight
company.
If ATIs limited warranty applies, your product will be
repaired or replaced at ATIs discretion and shipped
back. If the limited warranty does not apply, ATI will
advise you of the specific reason, cost of the repair, and
delivery time. After advising you of this information we
will, at your option, either proceed with repairs or return
your product to you in the state in which it was received.
In either case the product will be shipped to you, insured
at replacement value. Therefore, you will pay the return
shipping and insurance charges if ATIs limited warranty
does not apply to your product.
To obtain service under this warranty you must do the
following during the warranty period:
Phone ATI (913-338-2886) and provide us with the
following information:
- ProCharger supercharger serial number.
- Vehicle year, make, model, engine modifications, and
other modifications.
- Description of perceived issue.
If a solution to your issue can not be found after the
above phone consultation, you will be assigned a return
authorization number (RMA). You must then properly
package and ship your product, at your expense, to the
ATI factory. The product should be carefully packaged in
a rugged box.
Include the following information inside the box with
your product:
- Copy of your original invoice or receipt.
- Name, address, and daytime telephone number.
- Return authorization number (RMA).
- Vehicle year, make, model, engine modifications, and
other modifications.
- Description of perceived issue.
Clearly mark the warranty claim number on the top and
one side of the box in characters at least 2 tall. Properly
package the product and ship it, prepaid and insured for
the retail value of the component(s) being returned, to
the following address:

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE
ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL
OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DURATION
OF ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCTS
DISCUSSED ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIOD IDENTIFIED
ABOVE. ATI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY EVENT FOR
DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. No ATI dealer, agent, or employee is
authorized to make any modification, extension, or
addition to this warranty.

ProCharger Extended Coverage
ProCharger Extended Coverage
The ProCharger Extended Coverage Program
extends the ProCharger warranty coverage for
an additional twenty-four(24) months, for a
total of thirty-six (36) months or three years of
coverage. This extended coverage applies to
parts for the ProCharger supercharger head
unit only and does not include other system
components. With your extended coverage
registration, you will receive two (2) additional
boxes of ProCharger Supercharger oil.
Under the extended coverage program,
Accessible Technologies, Inc. (ATI) will
repair or replace any component within the
supercharger head unit which is found to be
defective. Only the supercharger head unit
itself is included in the extended coverage.
Service under the extended coverage program
is obtained through the same process as
described in the Limited Warranty.
Race kits are not eligible for the ProCharger
Extended Coverage Plan
To qualify for the ProCharger Extended
Coverage:
Only the original owner of the ProCharger
supercharger is eligible.
Completion of the Extended Coverage
Registration Form is required, along with
a $49 registration fee. This form must be
completed in its entirety, and must be
submitted along with payment within 30
days from the date of original purchase
from your local dealer or date of shipment
from the factory.
Participants must have a ProCharger P1SC,
P1SC1, C1, or C2 supercharger head
unit using the maximum warranted boost
level. All terms and conditions within The
Limited Warranty apply. Acts resulting in
disqualification include but are not limited
to the following:
- Disassembly or modification the
ProCharger supercharger.
- Removal or attempted removal of the
ProCharger drive pulley(s).
- Removal or attempted removal of
the ProCharger supercharger serial
number plate.
- Removal or attempted removal of the
compressor housing or transmission
case.
Participants agree to properly maintain
the ProCharger supercharger and provide
proof of compliance with the following
recommended maintenance:
- Change the ProCharger supercharger
oil after the initial break-in period of
500 miles (automotive) or 15 hours
(marine).
- Change the ProCharger supercharger
oil every 6,000 miles after the initial
break-in period.
- Use only the specified amount of
ProCharger Supercharger oil in the
ProCharger supercharger.
- Inspect and clean the magnetic drain
plug at every ProCharger supercharger
oil change.
- Check the ProCharger supercharger oil
level frequently.
