Declaration of Cosmic Humanity
We the people of the United States, speaking for ourselves and all people of the
Earth, demand:
That the Congress truly act as representatives of the people; that our military
and intelligence agencies act fully as is their duty to protect us; that our President
and his administration act aggressively and comprehensively in the fullest
interest of all to rapidly bring about the following:
1. Full acknowledgement and disclosure of the presence and contact with all
known alien species
2. Release of all classified and unclassified information and artifacts directly
or indirectly pertaining to the existence, nature, technology, agendas and
contact of any kind with alien species
3. Release of all technology, peaceful and/or military, developed from alien
information, back engineering, donation, or capture.
4. Resist and remove all need to know restrictions on the Office of the
President as inherently obstructive to its function.
Conditions have radically changed since the U.S. government commissioned
study by the Hudson Institute recommended that information about the Roswell
crash be kept from the public for fear of panic, and its negative effects on
religion. Sixty years later, public exposure to media presentations, news reports,
testimonies by military and civilian contactees, increasing release of classified
information by a number of countries, and the global release of a public data
base garnered by thousands of cell phone cameras has served as an
uncontrolled disclosure. The public is more prepared for formal disclosure than
the government is to take that overdue action.
We are being offered a place in cosmic society and the advantages of that are
profound. The immediate advantages of the release of advanced technology
such as free energy and antigravity would solve the planets energy crisis quickly
and completely, and facilitate moving from primitive competition to planetary
cooperation.
We the people demand that full disclosure include:
1. A true and accurate accounting of our species genetic creation, part alien
nature, and all information known or held concerning contact past and
present with our parent species, the Anunnaki. Additionally, knowledge
about their intentions and agendas with regard to us, when they may
return to Earth and for what purpose, how many of them and who the
individuals are that may currently be resident on Earth, must be shared.
2. The educational and academic communities are to be enlisted and
engaged in the process of full disclosure and the knowledge is to be fully
integrated into all levels of the educational system.
3. Intensive, cooperative, full ranging studies be commissioned on the
academic graduate levels with mandatory free exchange of information,
with emphasis on the ramifications of disclosure and the post-disclosure
human.
Our species relationship with the Anunnaki is critical to our understanding of
who and what we are. The suppression of this information causes our
species to be confused and obstructed with regard to our adaptive
evolutionary trajectory in general because it is at root of our religious and
cultural internecine conflicts and wars. This pathological introversion of our
species clearly has a lethal potential to destroy us. Our status as a peaceful,
unified species is the essential condition for matriculation into stellar society.
We the people demand that full disclosure include:
1. All astrophysical information, classified and unclassified, concerning
Planet X / Nibiru, its rediscovery and announcement by the 1983 Infrared
Imaging Satellite team, its coverup because the home planet of our parent
species, the Anunnaki; the details of its orbital configuration as a member
of our solar system, time of return to perigee in the Asteroid Belt area and
its current incoming position.
2. Full transparency in ongoing astronomical observations, reports,
evaluations and warnings concerning the relative severity of physical
climate and Earth changes already occurring due to its incoming trajectory
as well as possible devastating effects of its passing through the inner
solar system in the near future.
Past history and archaeological, geological, anthropological, and genetic
information, as well as the body of legends of cultures throughout the planet
attest to the cataclysmic effects of some, but not all, Passings of Planet X /
Nibiru in the past. The issue is that humanity could be facing literal extinction.
It is imperative that we, as a species, be as informed and prepared as
possible on a planetarily, mutually supportive, cooperative basis. Failure to
disclose and provide all possible information, aid and protection would be a
gross failure of leadership, and a capital crime against humanity.
