agency designated by Owner to furnish a consumer report under The Fair Credit Reporting Act to Owner
to use such consumer report in attempting to collect any amounts due and owing under the Housing
Contract or the Guaranty of Resident Obligations or for any other permissible purpose.

GENERAL POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS
One year minimum lease. No pets, fish aquariums, or animals of any kind allowed. No smoking indoors.
No unnecessary loud noises. No outside storage. No signs, banners, flags, or stickers without prior
approval. No painting, cutting, or drilling to modify unit. No fastening to walls allowed including screws,
nails, or tape. No vehicles allowed on grass. No sub-leasing or unauthorized residents. Outdoor
furniture is limited and must remain aesthetically pleasing. Children must have adult supervision at all
times on premises. Utilities must remain active at all times. All late payments have a 10% penalty.
