Respected Sir,
I the undersigned, student of M.Tech. Heat Power Engineering pursuing Master of
Technology academic project titled, Performance Improvement of VCRS with Suction and
Discharge Line Evaporative Cooling Using Porous Materials.
I am writing this letter to request an extension in the deadline for submitting my M.Tech.
thesis. The date for submission was June 20, 2016 but still have some research work pending and
fear that I will not be able to complete it within the original time frame.
Kindly grant me an extension of two months for submitting the thesis. I assure you that I will
complete and submit my thesis before revised deadline.
