To achieve Level-2, one must conform to tjhe British Standard BS
1192:2007 - Collaborative Production of Architectural, Engineering and
Construction Information).
Level-2 BIM requires all Design Team, and Contractor Team members
(including Sub-Contratcors), to collaborate through BIM. We will teach
Revit to beginners within this context. Ideally a student would have a CAD
background, although this is not imperative.
We will spend 5 weeks teaching the essential skills in a tutorial situation. A
further 3 weeks will be spent applying and developig these skills on a new
project.
