FAURECIA EMISSIONS CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES INDIA LIMITED (formerly Emcon Technologies India Pvt
Ltd), established in 1997, manufactures Exhaust Muffler Assemblies, Catalytic Converters, Maniverters,
SCR, Instrument Panel Reinforcement Assemblies and Door Side Impact Beams. The Company is TS
16949 and ISO 14001 certified. The company is a joint venture between Anand and Faurecia Emissions
Control Technologies, France.

Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies is the leading manufacturer of Exhaust systems globally. It is
also one of the top three global companies with products that meet Euro 4 in India. The company is geared
to offer emission control products, which include exhaust systems, catalytic converters, POC, DOC, DPF
and SCR after-treatments customising products for OEM vehicles.
The company also has a technical license agreement with Sango, Japan for one of its process applications
in the manufacture of Hot End parts.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
The company commenced its operations in Nashik, supplying exhaust systems and catalytic convertors to
Ford India. In 1998, operations were shifted to Chennai and one each in Bengaluru and Pune.

CONCENTRIC AND ECCENTRIC SPUN MUFFLER

Faurecia has facilities in Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune. Faurecia has build state-of-the-art facilities in
Bengaluru in Sep12 and Chennai in Sep13. In 2011, Faurecia decided to extend its footprint in the
western region auto hub Pune by acquiring Yutaka Auto parts plant in Pune. This plant is supporting OEMs
in the western region of India.
