Dear Ms. Eleuterio:

Good day, maam! I, the representative of BSIE 2-3, would like to inform you
that we are required to attend a seminar that will be held on Tuesday to
Thursday (August 9 to August 11 2016). All of the Industrial Engineering
second year college students are required to attend this seminar in order to
meet the requirements of one of our major subjects.
Unfortunately, the seminar that will be held on the above date will affect our
class meeting on a Wednesday (August 10, 2016). We, the entire BSIE 2-3,
would like to ask for a rescheduling of our class meeting on August 8, 2016
(Monday).
Hoping for your approval on this urgent matter.
