Indirect Questions

This document discusses direct and indirect questions in English. It provides examples of how question word order stays the same when changing a direct question to an indirect question using phrases like "do you know" or "I wonder." It also notes that auxiliary verbs like "do," "does," and "did" are omitted from indirect questions. The document then discusses yes/no questions in indirect form using "if" or "whether." Finally, it provides exercises for learners to practice changing direct questions to indirect questions.
