AFFIDAVIT OF FREE RENT

I, JUAN M. DE LA CRUZ, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and a resident of 149-B 17 th
Ave., East Rembo, Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am a legitimate daughter of deceased owner of the residencial unit located at 149B 17th Ave., East Rembo, Makati City;
2. That I recognize Sheryl Lee Paguergan Torralba (Sheryl for brevity) as my relative
and tenant at the above-stated address;
3. That Sheryl is a Filipino citizen duly registered under and by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, currently occupying as resident of the unit;
4. That it is endowed to Sheryl the privilege of FREE-RENT in the duration of its stay in
the unit; and
5. That I am aware of the existing laws and regulations of the Philippines with regard to the
endowment of free-rent to Sheryl.
Further Affiant sayeth none.
