The Meeting was held on 06th Oct , 2016, Saturday at 12: 45 pm. The
following students whose list is enclosed with this report have attended the
meeting. During the meeting the following topics were discussed.

Attendance as on 30/09/2016 In %

Performance in IAT 1.

Advised students to meet respective faculty to improve


performance in the subjects in which they faced difficulty and to
perform well in upcoming IAT 2.

Asked the students to improve the Attendance and performance


in future.

The meeting was concluded at 1:00pm.
